Overview

Our refund and returns policy covers 30 days from initial purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not allow a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped to our quality control facility where it will be inspected. Returned items must be in Resale Condition. the criteria for Resale Condition are:

1: The product is in its original packaging.

2: there should be no excessive wear, and or damage on the item from use.

In the event the product is damaged on arival please take pictures of the damage and get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We do not accept returns on any sanitation products (sewer hoses, toss in packets, etc.) if their boxes have been opened. These items must be returned unopened, unused, and the box must be in like new condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  this can be found in your Account Page or in the original confirmation email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a Refund will be sent to the original mode of payment. We strive to complete inspections in a timely manner but due to the limitations of our payment processor Refunds may take up to 30 days to be fully processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you want to exchange your item reach out to us on our contact us page. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we receive a return where the shipping has not been paid the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
